I never knew its so easy to make this sweet.....
Recipe Courtesy: Jyothi Rajesh Curry Trails
Ingredients

Gram Flour/Kadala Podi: 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar: 1 Cup
Melted Ghee: 3/4 Cup
Ghee: 1 Table Spoon

Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Microwave Time: 5 Minutes
Method

Grease a tray with ghee or line it with an aluminium foil and keep aside
Put the flour to a bowl and add 1 table spoon of ghee to it
Mix it well and sieve it
Put this to a pan and dry roast it for 4 to 5 minutes in medium flame until you get a nice aroma of the gram flour
Keep it aside
To a microwave safe bowl pour melted ghee
To this add powdered sugar
Mix it well
Now add the roasted gram flour to this
Mix well and make sure there are no lumps
Now keep it in the microwave
Microwave for 1 minute in high power and take it out
Mix well and place it back to microwave for 1 more minute
Take it out mix well and then microwave again for another minute
Repeat the process until the mixture becomes foamy and airy.  Its important to achieve the correct texture.  Else it might crumble or might not harden.
Mix well and pour it to the prepared tray.  Please be careful as the bowl will be very hot.
Allow it to cool well and set.  Once the mixture becomes cool you can keep in fridge for some time
Once completely cooled and well set take it out and using a sharp knife cut it to pieces
Serve as a dessert or snack.
Note:
Microwave only for a minute at a time
For me it took 4 minutes 30 seconds in microwave.  Mine was 800 watt microwave
Time depends upon your microwave.  So adjust it accordingly
In microwave with higher watts it takes less time
