Ingredients
Whipping Cream: 1 Cup
Pureed Ripe Jackfruit: 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar: 3/4 Cup
Cooking Time: Nil
Method
If you wish to you can puree half of the jack fruit and the rest you can chop and add.
To a bowl add whipping cream and powdered sugar
Beat until light and fluffy
Add the pureed jack fruit
Combine well using a spatula
Freezer until half set
Beat once again
Pour to a box and freeze until completely set
Scoop out and serve
Note:
Adjust the amount of sugar as per the sweetness of the jackfruit
