Vegetable Pasta in White Sauce

My favorite way of cooking pasta.....
Ingredients

Pasta (Any Variety): 200 gms
White Sauce: 1 Cup. ( For recipe of White Sauce Click Here )
Chopped Carrots: 1/4 Cup
Chopped Beans: 1/4 Cup
Chopped Capsicum: 1/4 Cup
Sweet Corn: 1/4 Cup
Chilly Flakes : 1/2 Tea Spoon
Oregano: 1/4 Tea Spoon (Or use Mixed Italian Seasoning )
Thyme: 1/4 Tea Spoon (Or use Mixed Italian Seasoning )
Olive Oil: 3 Table Spoon
Minced Garlic: 1 Table Spoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese: 2 Table Spoon (Optional)
Salt
Water

Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
Method

I have used frozen corn kernels.  So i just put it in boiling water for 2 minutes and then strained it and used
Pour enough water for cooking pasta to a deep bottom vessel and let it boil
Add some salt and a table spoon of olive oil and add the pasta
Cook well.  But do not over cook the pasta
Once done drain out the excess water and pour in some cold water
Let it be in for 2 minutes and then drain off the water and keep aside.  This is done so that once cooled the pasta wont stick to each other
To a pan add 2 table spoon of olive oil add minced garlic and saute for a minute
Now add chopped beans and saute for a few minutes
To this add chopped carrots and saute
Add capsicum and saute until done.  Do not over cook the vegetables and make it mushy.
Add corn and combine well
Now add salt, chilly flakes, oregano and thyme.  Be careful while adding salt as the sauce has salt in it.
Combine well and switch off the flame
To a pan pour the white sauce and let it boil
Now add the cooked pasta and sauteed vegetables
If you are adding cheese add now
Combine well and switch off the flame
Serve hot

Bechamel Sauce / White Sauce

Make pasta, noodles, casserole or drizzle it on top of your favorite sea food or chicken or vegetables..
Ingredients

Butter: 1 Table Spoon
All Purpose Flour: 1 Table Spoon
Warm Milk: 1 Cup
Salt & Pepper: For Seasoning

Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Method

To a pan add butter
Once it melts add flour
Simmer the flame and saute until it starts to bubble
Remove from heat and gradually add in the milk and make a lump free liquid
Now switch on the flame and simmer it for 2 to 3 minutes
Add in pepper powder and salt and combine well
Sauce would have thickened by this time
Switch off the flame

Notes:

I would suggest you to use white pepper powder so that the color of your sauce wont change
