Condensed milk: 1 Tin (395 gm)

Cooking Time: Nil
Method

Peel the skin of the mango and chop it to small pieces
To a bowl add the whipping cream and whip until soft peaks are formed
Chop the sides of the bread
To a blender add bread, mango essence, condensed milk, evaporated milk and mango
Blend for a good 4 to 5 minutes until it becomes a smooth liquid
Now pour this to the whipped cream
Using a hand blender or egg beater combine well
Pour the mixture to kulfi molds or a container and freeze it
I did not have kulfi mold so i used Popsicle mold
Carefully remove from the mold and serve.
Note:
I would suggest you to use alphonso mango for this recipe.
Please make sure that the mango is not sour.
You can use any flavor of your choice. Add any fruit crushes or fruits and make different flavors
I have already posted recipe for Cardamom Kulfi.  Please see the recipe here
