Watermelon Punch

Cool Cool...

Cut the watermelon and remove seeds  and freeze it. Once it is frozen transfer it to a blender. Add a small piece of ginger grayed, 1 spoon line juice and little sugar. Blend everything well. You can substitute sugar with honey.

നന്നായി ഫ്രീസ് ആയി കഴിഞ്ഞു ബ്ലെൻഡറിൽ ഇടുക. കൂടെ ഒരു ചെറിയ കഷ്ണം ഇഞ്ചി ഗ്രേറ്റ് ചെയ്തത്, 1 സ്പൂണ് ചെറുനാരങ്ങ നീര് ആവശ്യത്തിന് പഞ്ചസാര അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തേൻ. എല്ലാം കൂടെ നന്നായി അടിച്ചെടുക്കുക..

Kozhikode Special!!!!

This dish brings back a lot of memory of my childhood days and my home town which is Kozhikode also known as Calicut in Kerala. There is nothing much in the recipe.. But tastes divine.. 

People of Kozhikode doesn't need an explanation on this dish. During summer time you can see a lot of these road side stalls selling the same. I was a huge fan of this street food when i was a kid.

Chop the water melon to small pieces and add some sugar and mix well
Add in some ice cubes or refrigerate for some time .

കോഴിക്കോടകാരോട് ഇതിനെ കുറിച്ച് പ്രത്യേകിച്ചു പറയേണ്ടതില്ല... വേനൽ കാലത്ത് റോഡ് സൈഡിൽ ഒരുപാട് സ്‌ഥലത്തു കാണാം.. കുട്ടിക്കാലത്തു എനിക്ക് ഒരുപാട് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ഒരു സ്ട്രീറ്റ് ഫുഡ് ആയിരുന്നു ഇത്..വലിയ റെസിപ്പി ഒന്നും ഇല്ല..പക്ഷേ ടേസ്റ്റ് അടിപൊളി ആ..

വത്തക്ക // തണ്ണിമത്തൻ ചെറുതായി മുറിച്ച് ഒരൽപ്പം പഞ്ചസാര കൂടെ ചേർത്തു നന്നായി ഇളക്കുക..കുറച്ചു ഐസ് പൊട്ടിച്ചു ചേർക്കുക . അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കുറച്ചു നേരം ഫ്രിജിൽ വെച്ച് തണുപ്പിച്ചു കഴിക്കാം
