Make this wine for Christmas!!!
Ingredients
On the 21st day you can add caramelized sugar syrup
If you wish a darker shade to your wine you can do the step of adding caramelized sugar. Else just skip this step
To a pan add sugar and let it caramelize. Once it becomes brown in color reduce the flame and add hot water. Let it become a smooth liquid and then switch off the flame and let the caramel syrup cool well. Once cooled well add it to the wine and give a stir and close
Do not stir for the next 2 days
On 25th day (Considering day 1 as the day you put the grapes ) drain the clear wine and leave behind the sediment in the bottom.
Bottle it in colored glass bottles, this will help to retain the color of the wine.
With the above mentioned quantity i got around 3.5 Liters of wine
The more days you keep the wine after bottling the more you get a clearer wine.

Sugar: 1.250 Kg (Increase or decrease as per the sweetness required )
Yeast : 1.5 Tea spoon
Water (boiled and cooled completely) : 2.25 Liters
Whole Wheat kernels: 1 Hand full
Cloves: 2 (Optional. Add only if you like a slight spiced flavor in your wine)
Cinnamon Stick: 1 Small Piece (Optional. Add only if you like a slight spiced flavor in your wine)
Yeast : 1.5 Tea spoon
Water (boiled and cooled completely) : 2.25 Liters

Wash the grapes well and let it dry well. Take clean big glass or porcelain jar of 5 liter size. Take one fourth cup of warm water and add little sugar and add the yeast and mix well and let it to rise for some time.
Put the grapes into the jar and crush it using your hands. Add yeast and all the other ingredients to the crushed grapes.
Cover the jar tightly with the lid and store it in a dark place .Next day start stirring it with wooden spoon (Not metal) everyday for the next 21 days. Try to do it at same time everyday.
