Crispy Chicken

The Swiss and Italian delicacy that you can make yourself! Stop counting calories and listen to your taste buds :)
 
 Main Ingredients (Serves 3 to 4 people)

Chicken: 500gms
Oil: For Frying

First Set of Ingredients

Salt: As Required
Pepper: 2 Table Spoon (Increase if you want to make it more spicy)
Lime Juice: 1 Table Spoon

Second Set of Ingredients

Flour: 1 Cup
Corn Flour: 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Salt: As Required
Pepper: 1 Table Spoon

Rose Mary: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Oregano: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Thyme: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Red Chilly Powder: 1/2 to 3/4 Tea Spoon


Third Set of Ingredients
Milk: 1 Cup
Egg: 1

Preparation time: 1 hour
Cooking time: 30 to 40 minutes
Method

Cut the chicken in medium size pieces.
Marinate chicken with the first set of ingredients and keep aside for 1 hour.
Mix the second set of ingredients well.
Mix the third set of ingredients in a different bowl.

Take the marinated chicken first dip it in the second set of ingredients mix and then dip it in the third set of ingredients mix.
 

Again dip it in the second set of ingredients mix and then the third and repeat the same process 3 times.
Preheat the oil and fry the chicken in medium heat until becomes slight brown in color.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or garlic sauce or mayonnaise
