Easy Vanilla Ice Cream

Delicious, creamy and smooth home made vanilla ice cream!!!!!
Ingredients

Full Fat milk: 2 Cups
Fresh Cream: 1 Cup
Sugar: 1 Cup
Corn Flour: 4 Tea Spoon
Vanilla Essence: 3 Tea Spoon

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Method

Mix corn flour in 3 table spoon of milk and keep aside
To the rest of the milk mix sugar and keep it for boiling in low flame
Once the milk is hot add the corn flour mixed milk to it and stir well
Let it boil until it achieves a thick creamy consistency.  Do not stop stirring at any time as it might form lumps and spoil the entire batch of ice cream
Once done switch off the flame and let it cool well
Pour the cream to a bowl and using an electric beater or an egg beater whip until soft peaks are formed
Once the milk mixture is cooled well add vanilla essence and beat using an electric beater until light and fluffy
Fold in the whipped fresh cream to the milk mixture and pour to a container and let it freeze for 4 to 5 hours
After the said time take it out of the freezer and beat once again
Now pour it back to the container and let it freeze until its set completely
Scoop out and serve
