Happy New Year to all my friends & family.... Lets start this new year with a Sweet Cake!!!
Ingredients
Digestive Biscuits: 250gm
Butter (Melted): 100gm
Cream Cheese: 250gm
Condensed Milk: 395gm (1 Tin)
Evaporated Milk: 170gm
Gelatin: 1 Table Spoon
Vanilla Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
Water: 1/4 Cup
Method
Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water
Crumble the biscuits and add the melted butter to it and combine well
Press this mixture into the bottom of the cake tin. Press well and keep it in fridge for 20 minutes
Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla powder. Beat until the mixture becomes smooth.
Double boil the gelatin and melt it completely
Add this to the cream cheese mixture and stir well
Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuit base and keep in fridge to set
It requires a minimum 3 to 4 hours to set completely
Serve Chill
Note:
Can add fresh cream instead of evaporated milk
Can put any topping like strawberry, blueberry, caramel etc..
Can add vanilla essence instead of vanilla powder.
