Have it as a Snack or a Dessert, its Delicious!!!!
Ingredients
Ripe Banana: 2
Sugar: 2 Table Spoon
Cardamom Powder: 1 Pinch
Ghee/Butter: 1 Table Spoon
Cooking Time: 5 to 8 minutes
Method
Cut the banana length wise through the center and then cut it into medium size pieces
Pour ghee/butter to a pan and place the banana pieces
When one side starts to change color flip and let the other side cook.
Sprinkle sugar and cardamom powder on the banana
Keep flipping sides regularly so that both sides of the banana is well coated in the caramelized sugar
Serve warm as a snack or along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipping cream as a dessert.

This is my all time favorite recipe. When the bananas are too ripe to eat I make this one. At times I add cinnamon powder. Works for me !
