Chocolate, Coffee, Ice cream....Great Combination!!!!
Ingredients
Coco Powder: 2 Tea Spoon
Instant Coffee Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
Chilled Milk: 1 Cup
Ice cream: 2 Scoops (Chocolate or Vanilla)
Sugar: 2 Tea Spoon
Water: 1/4 Cup
Ice cubes: 4 - 5
Chocolate Sauce, Choco Chips: For Garnish
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Method
Boil water and add coco powder and coffee powder and stir well.
Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool well
To a blender add this coco coffee mix, chilled milk, sugar, 1 scoop ice cream and ice cubes
Blend for a good 5 to 6 minutes until everything is well combined and becomes frothy
Pour some chocolate sauce into the serving glass and pour the chocolate cold coffee into the glass
Top it up with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle some chocolate sauce or chocolate shavings or chocolate chips as per your wish
Serve cold
