Chicken Pasta

Lets make something different today.......
Ingredients

Pasta (Any Variety): 200 gms
Boneless Chicken: 1 Cup
Chopped Carrots: 1/4 Cup
Chopped Beans: 1/4 Cup
Chopped Capsicum: 1/2 Cup
Pepper Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
Chilly Sauce: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Soya Sauce: 3/4 Tea Spoon
Tomato Sauce: 1 Table Spoon
Olive Oil: 3 Table Spoon
Minced Garlic: 1 Table Spoon
Salt
Water

Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Method

Cut the chicken to thin strips and marinate it with 1/2 tea spoon pepper powder and some salt and keep aside
I have used Italian Bavette.  You can use any variety of pasta
I have used green and orange capsicum.  You can add any other vegetables of your choice
Here i have used red chilly sauce.
Pour enough water for cooking pasta to a deep bottom vessel and let it boil
Add some salt and a table spoon of olive oil
Now add pasta and let it cook
Once done drain out the excess water and pour in some cold water
Let it be in for 2 minutes and then drain off the water and keep aside.  This is done so that once cooled the pasta wont stick to each other
To a pan pour olive oil and shallow fry the chicken pieces and keep aside
To the remaining oil add minced garlic and saute for a minute
Now add chopped beans and saute for a few minutes
To this add chopped carrots and saute
Add capsicum and saute until done
Add  the chicken pieces and combine well
Add rest of the pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce
Saute until well combined.  If required add little more salt
Now add the cooked pasta
Combine well
Serve hot
