Mango Ice cream

For all those who love mangoes.....
Ingredients

Ripe Mango: 3 Big
Whipping Cream: 500 ml
Powdered Sugar: 1/2 Cup
Mango Essence: 3 - 4 drops (Optional)

Cooking Time: Nil
Method

Peel the skin of the mango and chop it to small pieces
Put this to a blender and puree it well
Pour the whipping cream to a bowl and add powdered sugar and mango essence
Whip until soft peaks are formed
Add the pureed mango to this and fold in well
Pour the mixture to a container and cover and freeze it for 2 to 3 hours
Put this half frozen mixture back to a blender and blend it again
Now pour this back to the container and freeze it for 6 to 7 hours or until well set
Scoop out the ice cream and serve
Note:
Increase the amount of sugar as required.
The mangoes i used were sweet.  So half cup of sugar was enough for me
