Cumin Seeds: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Onion: 1 Big
Tomato: 1 Big
Crushed Ginger: 1 Tea Spoon
Crushed Green chilly: 2 - 3
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Red chilly Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Cream: 1 Table Spoon
Cooking Oil: 3 Table Spoon
Cashew nuts: 10 - 12
Coriander Leaves Chopped : 1 Table Spoon
Kasuri methi: 1 Tea Spoon
Hot water: 1 Cup
Salt
Water

Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Method

Grind together onion, tomato ginger and green chilly
Soak cashew nuts in some water and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes and then grind it to a paste
To a pan pour oil
Shallow fry the paneer cubes until light brown in color and keep aside
To the remaining oil add cumin seeds and let it splutter
Now add the ground paste and saute for a good 8 to 10 minutes in medium flame
Reduce the flame and add turmeric powder, chilly powder and garam masala powder
Saute in medium flame until oil starts to separate
Add hot water and let it boil well
Add green peas and let it cook.  In between if required add more hot water.
Once done check the consistency of gravy.  If required add some water or if the gravy is thin let it simmer for some more time until it achieves the desired consistency.
Now add salt and cashew nut paste and stir well.  Gravy should neither be too thick or thin.
Add the fried paneer cubes and combine well with the gravy.  Let it boil in low flame for 1 to 2 minutes
Add chopped coriander leaves, kasuri methi and cream.  Stir well and switch off the flame
Serve hot with rice, roti naan or chapati
