Have it for breakfast or lunch or dinner!!!!
Ingredients
SaltFor Filling:
MincedChicken: 1 Cup
Onion: 1 Big
Green Chilly: 2
Ginger: 1 Small Piece
Fennel Seeds: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Chilly Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Oil: 1 Table Spoon
Salt
Add oil and required salt and water to the atta and make a smooth dough and let it rest
Making keema filling
Pour oil to a pan and add the fennel seeds.
Add chopped ginger and green chilly and saute for 2 minutes
Now add fnely chopped onion and saute for 5 to 6 minutes
Now add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala powder and salt
Saute until the raw smell of the spice powder is gone
Now add the miced chicken and cook well. You can add chopped coriander leaves too
Keep it aside
Take small portions of dough
Dust some flour on your rolling board and make small rotis
Keep little keema mixture in the roti
Now fold it from all sides and make it a ball
Again roll this and make the roti
Or you can make 2 rotis and place the filling on one roti and cover it with the other roti (Place the second roti on top ) and seal the edges and the slightly roll it again.
Heat a tawa and place the paratha.
When one side is done flip and cook the other side
Brush a little butter or ghee on both sides and cook for a few more seconds
