Masala Chicken Pasta

Chicken pasta with Indian Spices!!!
Ingredients

Pasta: 100gms
Chicken: 100gms
Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Onion: 1
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Tomato: 1
Red Chilly Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Fennel Seeds Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Oil: 2 Table Spoon
Coriander Leaves: Optional
Cheese: Optional
Salt
Water

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Method

Chop the chicken to bite size pieces and cook adding salt and pepper powder
Cook the pasta adding little salt in enough water.  Once done drain and keep aside
To a pan add 2 table spoon oil and add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes
Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell is gone
Reduce the flame  and add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and fennel seeds powder
Saute for 3 to 4 minutes in low flame
Add chopped tomato and cooked chicken and saute till the tomato is cooked well
Once the masala is ready reduce the flame and add the cooked pasta
Combine well and keep on flame for another 5 more minutes stirring occasionally
Add coriander leaves and cheese at this stage and stir well
Serve hot
Note:
Adjust spices accordingly
Add chopped vegetables instead of chicken and can make vegetable pasta
