Ingredients
Basen/Gram Flour: 1 Cup
Semolina / Rava : 1 Table Spoon
Powdered Sugar: 1/4 cup
Ghee: 2 - 3 Table Spoon
Cardamom Pods: 3
Chopped Almonds/Cashews: As Required
Cooking Time: 5 - 6 Minutes
Method
Powder the cardamom pods and keep aside
To a microwave cooking safe bowl add 2 table spoon ghee and microwave in high power for 30 seconds
To this add gram flour and semolina and mix well
Microwave this on high power for 2 minutes
Take out mix well and then again microwave on high power for 1 minute
Take it out again and mix and then repeat the process of microwaving on high power a minute each until u get a good aroma of roasted gram flour and the color of the gram flour becomes slight brownish
Mine is an 800 W microwave and in that it took total of the first 2 minutes on high power, then 3 times a minute each and then 30 seconds more.
Let it cool down and add powdered sugar, chopped nuts and cardamom powder
Roll it out and make the laddus. If at this stage you feel that you are unable to roll it microwave a table spoo more of ghee and add it and then roll the laddus

Note:
Microwaving time may vary in each oven so adjust accordingly
After the first 2 minutes and a minute each of 3 times of microwaving, keep only for 30 minutes each after that
Gram flour should have a good roasted aroma , else the laddus will have the raw taste of flour
