Microwave Blueberry mug cake in just 2 - 3 minutes...

2 - 3  മിനിറ്റു കൊണ്ട് മൈക്രോ വേവിൽ ഒരു ബ്ലൂ ബെറി മഗ്ഗ് കേക്ക് റെഡി ആക്കിയലോ...

Maida: 4 Table Spoon

Sugar: 3 Table Spoon

Milk: 2 - 3 Table Spoon

Oil: 2 Table Spoon

Baking Power: 1/4 th Tea Spoon

Blueberry: 10 Numbers

To a microwave safe mug add in all the ingredients except blueberries, combine well and make a lump free batter using a fork. 

Now add in the bluberry and give it a mix

Place it in the microwave and microwave in high power for 2 minutes

After 2 minutes if the top of the cake is not firm microwave for another 30 seconds

Time for cooking depends on your microwave.  Mine is an 800W microwave and it took exactly 2 minutes and 30 seconds

You can use Strawberry, Pineapple, Banana or Mango instead of Blueberry. 

മൈദ : 4 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ 

പഞ്ചസാര : 3 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ

പാൽ : 2 - 3 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ

ഓയിൽ : 2 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ

ബേക്കിങ് പൌഡർ :  1/4 ടീ സ്പൂൺ 

ബ്ലൂ ബെറി : 10 എണ്ണം

മൈക്രോ വേവ് സേഫ് ആയ ഒരു മഗ്ഗ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കപ്പിൽ  ബ്ലൂ ബെറി ഒഴികെ ബാക്കി എല്ലാം കൂടെ ഒരു ഫോർക് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കട്ട ഇല്ലാതെ ബാറ്റർ റെഡി ആക്കുക. ശേഷം ബ്ലൂ ബെറി ഇട്ട് ഒന്ന് മിക്സ് ആക്കുക. മൈക്രോ വേവിൽ വെച്ച്  2 മിനിറ്റു ഹൈ പവറിൽ മൈക്രോവേവ് ചെയ്യുക. സെറ്റ് ആയില്ലെങ്കിൽ 30 സെക്കൻഡ്‌സ് കൂടി വയ്ക്കുക.

മൈക്രോവേവിന്റെ പവർ അനുസരിച്ചു 2 - 3  മിനിറ്റു വരെ എടുക്കാം. എന്റെ 800W മൈക്രോ വേവ് ആണ്. 2 മിനിറ്റ് 30 സെക്കന്റ് ആണ് വേണ്ടി വന്നത്. 

ബ്ലൂബെറിക്ക് പകരം സ്ട്രോബെറി, പൈൻആപ്പിൾ, പഴം, മാങ്ങ അങ്ങനെ ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ഫ്രൂട്ട് എടുക്കാം..
