Pineapple Wine

Another wine recipe...
Ingredients

Ripe Pineapple: 1.5 kg
Sugar: 1.300 Kg  (Increase or decrease as per the sweetness required )
Yeast :  1.5 Tea spoon
Water (boiled and cooled completely) : 2.25 Liters
Whole Wheat kernels: 1 Hand full
Cloves: 2
Cinnamon Stick: 1 Small Piece
Preparation Time: 22 Days
Method
Wash the pineapple well and cut off both the ends and scrape the skin a bit.  You dont have to peel the entire skin.  Just scrape off that thorny part.
Chop it to small pieces.
Take one fourth cup of warm water and add little sugar and add the yeast and mix well and let it to rise for some time.
Take a big glass or porcelain jar of 5 liter size.
Put the chopped pineapple into the jar.  Add fermented yeast and all the other ingredients to the jar.
Cover the jar tightly with the lid and store it in a dark place.  Next day start stirring it with wooden spoon (Not metal) everyday for the next 7 days. Try to do it at same time everyday.
Leave it untouched for the next 2 weeks
On 22nd day (Considering day 1 as the day you put the pineapple ) drain the clear wine and leave behind the sediment in the bottom.
Bottle it in colored glass bottles, this will help to retain the color of the wine.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Note:
With the above mentioned quantity i got around 3.5 Liters of wine
The more days you keep the wine after bottling the more you get a clearer wine.
